Data Hub is a digital environment for data exchange in the gas and electricity markets for the purpose of changing open suppliers, forwarding and storage of gas and electric power meter data between market participants, performing the obligations imposed on market participants by the law and ensuring the rights granted to them. The Data Hub contains definitions for all market participants operating in the Estonian electricity market, as well as all metering points tracking the transfer of gas and electricity between market participants.

Challenge
A rapidly-growing private-sector company needed a simple, auditable way to prove that every employee had read and acknowledged mandatory internal documents.
Solution
Krabu Grupp extended the customer’s Moodle learning environment with a custom Document Sign-Off plugin. Once an employee finishes reading, they set the status to Done; the system instantly stores the user, timestamp and document version and feeds the data into a real-time compliance report.
